Wyant Technologies SMS Messaging Disclosure​

1. Wyant Technologies uses SMS to create tickets and alert clients of ticket updates. You must add your cell number to your user account and opt-in to receive SMS messages to create tickets or receive updates to existing tickets. Only users receiving support from Wyant Technologies can participate in our SMS ticketing system. 

 

2. Message frequency will vary depending on the number of tickets you open each month and how often you or Wyant Technologies technicians update those tickets. A typical volume is 2 to 10 messages per month.

3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at help@gowyant.com.

5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages confirming your ticket submission and any updates to your ticket. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
